Very convenient location to both left and right sides of Astana - also a straight shot to the airport. Park nearby, several bus routes. Very friendly staff - not always common in Kazakhstan!
Meal was pricey.

I like this hotel so much. Very modern decoration, clean, warm, cozy beds, nice restaurant and breakfest. The staff in the hotel is extremely friendly and professional. I would like to specially thanks Railya at the receiption who helps us a lot. By the way, the hotel accommodates a Sauna SPA for FREE. Will come back again!

During my recent business trip, I found the hotel to be very accommodating. They provided complimentary breakfast and wifi, which was very helpful. the location was very convenient as it was close to my work meetings and offered easy access to public transportation. The room was clean and quiet, which made my stay comfortable.
The bathroom could have been better equipped. There were no hand towels or face towels, but only bath towels which was inconvenient.

Very attentive staff.
Breakfast was very simple. It is on the right side of the river, far away from the so called "old town" and very far away from the so called "new town" on the left side of the river.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to major roads in the city. the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any requests. Breakfast was delicious with a decent variety of options to choose from.
The rooms were quite small and cramped. There was hardly any space to move around and relax.

This hotel is conveniently located in the city center as advertised. there is a cafe across the road where you can have a quick bite to eat. the view from some of the rooms is excellent, stretching all the way to the modern governmental district.
The staff is poorly trained and unable to communicate in English, which makes it difficult to get help when needed.
